Visible Customer's commitment and guarantee to you is:

Our services will increase your incremental gross profit by twice the amount of your monthly Loyalty Marketing Services* investment. If Visible Customer does not meet this commitment, it will refund the difference between your monthly Loyalty Marketing Services investment and the incremental gross profit it generates via the agreed upon marketing campaigns.

The terms and conditions of the guarantee are simple:

• Dealer agrees to engage with our team and provide approvals as requested in a timely manner. The dealer's engagement enables and empowers us to identify and capture untapped customer opportunities, recommend additional revenue generating options, design and deliver campaigns in a timely manner and produce the greatest results.
• Dealer's Visible Customer account is in current status.

*Monthly Loyalty Marketing Services investment does not include additional charges for: targeted direct mail print and postage, targeted conquest marketing list, print and postage, on-line appointment service, equity mining or other upgrades to our Loyalty Marketing Services.
